WNY Apologetics is a Christian ministry based in western New York State. We are dedicated to the task of Christian apologetics (i.e., the intellectual defense of Christianity). Whether it's presenting arguments for the truth of the faith or responding to criticisms of it, we seek to promote the rational truth of the Gospel in our region.

Join us on Sunday, June 27 at 6:30pm at Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church for our next Apologetics Roundtable. Here is a description of the talk and guest speaker:

Euthanasia & End of Life Issues: A Christian Perspective by Peter Koch

Is it morally permissible to end the life of one suffering from chronic or terminal suffering or illness? Is this merciful or misguided. In today's political and cultural climate, the issue of euthanasia and the sanctity of life have become important, heated issues. How should Christians think about these topics? Join us as Phd candidate, Peter Koch examines these questions from a Christian viewpoint.

Peter Koch is a Phd candidate in the Philosophy Department at UB. His areas of concentration are metaphysics and ethics. He has presented talks and essays on these topics at various conferences around the country, the most recent being "An Alternative to an Alternative to Brain Death" in November 2009.
